How to make Sabudhana Vadas

Ingredients needed for this vadas are
Two cups of Sabudhana
Two potatoes
Two onions
Two table spoons of rice flour
Chilli powder
Salt
Oil for deep fry
Preparation method
First of all soak Sabudhana for at least two hours, After two hours keep oil in a pan on the stove, cut onions into small pieces and add, then add rice flour, chilli powder and salt as per your taste and at last grate the potatoes and skeeze all the water and mix this with the sabudhana which is soaked earlier. Then take a small quantity and prepare them like vadas and put them in the oil when they are fried properly and turn brown take them out. Crunchy, crunchy sabudhana vadas are ready. These are very healthy for every one and children would love more because it is light and healthy for diet.
